Their staff made a clerical error which caused a great deal of confusion, delays, and extra expense in getting the needed equipment. When confronted with the information their senior manager chose to blame the customer instead of acknowledging that they could have made an error. If I wasn't in a bind on this product I would go somewhere else. Not very customer friendly in my opinion.
