Some of the first c-pap equipment supplied didn't fit properly and didn't solve the problem. Was then switched by Dr's order to Bi-pap which worked as intended. Harness had to be changed because the company sent the wrong size. The problem we had today was in trying to call both the Lookout number and Areocare numbers numerous times, the menu just went in circles and selecting the menu number didn't work. Finally the Areocare re-supply number did get an answer. This was extremely frustrating and it seems that if the lines were all busy the answer program should say so. Otherwise what could have been wrong?
