When I got my CPap mask from Tina, she had to run my card 3 times before she could figure out how to do it, then she charged me more than the price we agreed on. Also on that day, I was there with my 6 pound service dog who was sitting on the floor and her son kept walking quickly around her, not looking where she was. When I reminded him she was there, he said he would crack her head open like a walnut. It made me physically ill.

My wife got her cpac from here and ordered a new mask with a prescription they ordered the wrong mask gave back wrong mask They never gave her a new mask asked why they gave a excuse for two months so we asked for the script to take somewhere else they said they could not find it this has gone on for weeks so today I went and request it they were very rude and said to go get another script. Will be call insurance and medicare to report this. Hope nobody else has such a bad taste for these people have proof of all If any body has had a bad dealing with them please let me know Will be calling bb chamber newspaper and anyone that can HELP Richard Gough

I almost did not call this provider for assistance because of the bad review I read, which stated that the customer felt like he or she was an annoyance to the provider. Fortunately for me, I gave the provider an opportunity to disprove the bad review. I am so appreciative of the patience and respect shown to me by all the staff members of the Dillon store that I will recommend this store to everyone I know who needs what they offer. The manager, Tina Armstrong, is one of the most knowledgeable people in her field. She was very respectful and informative and I asked her so many questions that I was beginning to wonder when she would run out of patience with me, but she never did. When I got all my questions answered and the application for a power wheelchair completed, she escorted me to my vehicle and helped me get in! Ms. Armstrong does not deserve a bad review from anyone; she cares too much about her customers to ever make them feel uncomfortable. If a staff member makes a customer feel bad or is not helpful, that person should notify Ms. Armstrong immediately. I think she would deal with that employee in a way as to make sure he improved his disposition in the future!
