We called them when we returned from urgent care after a fall, and they knew we were coming. They said nothing of shutting the doors AT 6pm. When I arrived 5 minutes before, they were rather rude and acted put-out that I was holding them up. I had to sign papers that I couldn't read because they were rushing me. The patient couldn't be there to have the walker adjusted (the person to do the adjusting wasn't there anyways), and for weeks we've been trying to get it adjusted. The person we need isn't there, or they've said he would call us/come to us. We get nothing and it's been weeks--maybe a month.
