The first time was a true pleasure, Barbara one of the owners helped me find the "Right" Knee Brace. She was thoughtful, courteous and caring, she listed to what I needed and provided same. Went in 12.11.15 to find Barbara is not there any longer retiring, they must have sold...the gal was helpful to my wife, except now looking up the armsleeve that we requested they charged us over $30.00 more then price on internet, even more than suggested retail price. Independent Helath care needs to refelct a profit, but not this much. I will try to get some of my money returned or tell all my friends. Also the armsleeve they provided according to what it is for is Cancer, and we do not have that thank g-d.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The office was easy enough to find. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
