I was able to call and talk to a representative who determined what type of wheelchair my aunt needed. I was able to pick it up the same day.

Got a knee scooter from them after breaking my ankle in a nasty fall this time last year. They were truly wonderful after dealing with other not-so-great providers in the area. I was recommended to them and I recommend them to you!

Bought a scooter from Pure Cure in Ambler a few years ago. I wanted to add a walker holder to the scooter and called for information. I called at least 4 or 5 times and left messages about 3 or 4 times in the last 2 weeks and they never got back to me. I would say that was very poor customer service. I'm moving on to check another place..

Three days after my husband had his second brain surgery in six months, one of the problems was getting him safely to and from our 1st floor master bedroom to the bathroom during the night. A good friend and neighbor suggested getting a portable toilet that can be used over the regular toilet during the day, and place close to the bed during the night.

I called WELLNESS, and spoke to a very nice lady who told me they had just what we needed. I asked if it could possibly be delivered, as I didn't want to leave my husband alone to go get it. Joe had it here with in an hour and a half. It has adjustable legs, hand rails and is very sturdy. They were so helpful and reacted so quickly, and have made our lives much easier. I find that rare these days, and thank them very much for their caring, and reaction to our problem.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
