Outright vile company. Stay away. There isn't even a though of giving decent customer service. Refuse to give a refund even after the Manufacturer, Golden Technologies, told me that they should give one.
As Progressive Mobility Washington PA, is the one that the product was purchased at, and the only ones that can give a refund for a defective product . Do not purchase anything at all off this company ,I have never seen anything like the pure could careless about what they sell or their disgusting customer service ways. Many other companies that are reputable. This company should be closed down. Do not purchase any item whatsoever from them, use a reputable company.

I bought a stair chair lift system. It appears I was sold more of a system than justified. Service is sub-standard. In my opinion, as a senior citizen, this company is out to exploit senior citizens. I highly recommend for all people thinking about using this company to check with BBB. The are NOT accredited. Have closed complaints that were not resolved. Do your research then, go elsewhere!

I received a lift chair from a freind. This freind had removed the chair himself. After calling numerous companies asking to have the chair installed, ?progressive was the only one to respond . They sent a man to check the unit, ordered the required parts ,and installed the unit. The installer was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Thw work was excellent. I would recomennd this company.

The attitude of staff at Progressive Mobility is very bad and they talk to you so rudely. They are destroying their business with this staff and I will not go back to Progressive Mobility again.

Really unhelpful. Informed me that I would be paying out of pocket for EVERYTHING because they "do not bill government insurance". Yeah so, I would recommend going anywhere else. I am probably going to have to. Also bungled this so that I am scrambling at the last minute for services. Nothing good to say. Don't come here.

When I talked to them over the phone, they were extremely nice. However, when we got there, it was another story. The gentleman who worked there was pompous and condescending. He acted annoyed that he even had to help us. We were there to buy crutches and he told me that our doctor measured my 10-year old daughter incorrectly and she was really 4'11. Really dude? She's 3 inches taller than she was in the AM - maybe I should get her signed by the Warriors because by next week, she will be over 7 ft tall. He then scolded us for opening the wrapping on the crutches incorrectly, indicating that we were going to make a mess! The customer service at this store is horrible -- 10 minutes around this man and both my daughter and I felt like we had been scolded.

First of all, it is kinda in an annoying area to get to. Second of all, the people that run this place are terrible. I came in Progressive Mobility because I fractured my leg and needed a wheelchair. I am not an expert on chairs and I don't try to be so I asked questions about the different types. The lady was not helpful at all...and gave me outrageous prices! I don't know if it is because I am white or something but I honestly felt like she was screwing me over. I ended up just leaving because she was getting snotty on me. Never, ever give this place any business.
