I definitely don’t want to go back there ever again. The company did not inform they were out of United Health network. They would only inform that my deductable was 2500 USD and they could sell me the CPAP over a rent to buy. If they informed they were out of network I would have saved 1650 USD as United healthcare cover 100%.

I rely on this company to supply my sleep apnea supplies. Every time I call for a item for my CPap machine, or mask. I have to wait at least 3 weeks. They never have anything in stock. these items are very necessary because someone with sleep apnea could die without their equipment. Very very poor service.
