I have been doing business with this firm for years and have yet to find anything wrong with them. If I did find anything of consistent trouble I would not be still with them
My doctor is a ankle specialist .He referred me to Klingensmith for a pair of diabetic socks , klingensmith wanted $264.00 dollars for a pair . Very exspensive , so I orderd just (1) to see if it would make the swelling of my ankle go down.I was shocked once I received the sock, very disappointed in the quality for such a high price. The sock was very flimsy and poorly made.I called and got a (RMA#) Return Authorization number .Mailed the sock back to them on 12/23/16 and it is now 02/12/17.Still no refund or return of my money as of present.I live in NorthVersailles,Pa. only 12 miles from their Pittsburgh,Pa. office.Needless to say my wife or I will never call them for any medical supplies again.Perhaps you will have better luck with Klingensmith, your choice.....Mr. & Mrs. Normand
I took my CPAP Machine in for a repair since my humidifier did not heat, the receptionist said they would repair the humidifier element. After waiting 2 months for the repaired unit, the unit still does not work and now the entire machine does not work. Service and customer service is terrible at the 51 st location.
PLEASE DON'T use this company. They had the nerve to send me a bill from services rendered 8/15 today which is 7/22/16 nearly a year later. The customer service and the billing department are unprofessional and ignorant. They could not give me an explanation. I shall wait for Carol, the billing supervisor to return my call. I HIGHLY SUGGEST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are extremely incompetent. I give this company a -5 stars.
I've been attempting to get a portable oxygen tanks for my 91 year old mother and it's been since August. The people in the Respiratory Dept (especially Becky) don't seem to care and she said I was talking over her and she hung up on me. The only help I seemed to get was from Corey but I'm waiting to see what happen next.

( i had to tell her this--did not know their stock/equipment).....sai t her can u showme how to use this,..never looked at me..and said--i don't know how...!!!!!!!!!! at this point, i walked out and said..." going to another place who knows what to do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I called to set up the transfer of my service from a different company to Klingensmith (as Klingensmith is the only Medicare approved company unfortunately) the woman I spoke with was very rude and condescending. When I asked for an explanation of some of the information she gave me, she snapped at me. They were not friendly, and not helpful at all. Honestly, if I had a choice in the matter at all, I would use anyone BUT Klingensmith.
very poor customer service. purchased a machine from klingensmith. They would not handle a warranty claim. Supervisor was supposed to call. still waiting........
