HORRIBLE service. My husband and I both needed cpap therapy and we were started with this company by our physician. Therapy started ok for my husband, the company called him, and visited to set up cpap within about 2 weeks from the order. However, my cpap took much longer to set up. Now they are overcharging me and telling me that my insurance is paying them different amounts that what its showing me on my claim and EOB. they are sending out supplies for me that are incorrect, and without contacting me first, and in an opposite problem, they haven't sent my husband new supplies to this date. This company has too many problems to mention. I am going to get a new RX for supplies from my doctor and order elsewhere.

Avoid like the plague. I don't have an issue with my local medical equipment provider, but Healthcare Solutions billing is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my 58 years. I have yet to receive a bill that matches the BCBS EOB. They seriously do not know what they are doing. my billing has been done through the PA billing office at 855-537-4130. Without telling any of their clients, they have moved the billing to Tampa, Florida at the same phone number, where they just put you on hold for hours. If you need to get ahold of them, instead of using the option for "patient billing questions", use the option for insurance companies. It is the only way to reach them.
If you have a bill from them, do not pay until you get a copy of the explanation of benefits from your insurance company. They have been sending out erroneous if not fraudulent bills. if you have paid bills from them, please review with your insurance company by date of service.

They appear to be an insurance company rip off. THey send billing but product was never delivered. I am very suspicious of ther practice. Looked them up on BBB but they don't seem to be listed. Next step is news investigator.
Companies like this is one reason our insurance costs are what they are. I suggest that you look closely at the itemized billing.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Very helpful staff, I have had no problems with anything they have doen for me. I have cpap equip and everything works fine. I dont know what the bad reviews are really about, but take it from me, I have been in customer service for years and the staff here are awesome. Maybe the others were asking stuff that couldnt be done, or were mad for some reason. I would not stir anyone wrong on this. .

They are very poor in their billing department. They do not know what they are doing. I will be calling the fraud hotline to inform them that Health Care Solutions have been paid for medical equipment by my insurance in 2011, and then billed my new insurance(different insurance company) this year for the same equipment. Will never deal with this company again. BEWARE!!!!! If I could give a negative number I would have.
