Extraordinarily unprofessional. i returned their equipment and they had the nerve to tell me all the health problems i would have because I was no longer using "their" equipment. I don't know how they feel qualified to diagnose "my condition" but I will certainly discuss it with my physician the next time I see him. They all but forced me to sign a waiver stating they weren't responsible for my health since I was no longer using "their" equipment, though I don't see how they were responsible at all. All I needed from them was something that showed I was returning their equipment. I didn't want or need their diagnosis on my health or their primitive unprofessional attitude. As for the service I received while using their equipment, I was told to change the cannula every two weeks and was given four to start. That was many months ago, no follow up no phone calls no new cannulas but the bills were never late. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. worst experience I've had in many years.
