I just called the phone number twice to get their fax to fax updated discharge orders to. This was a previous Cigna client who went home with enteral supplies. He was rehospitalized and is about to be discharged. Per Carcentrix, I called the main number 800-901-3566 and it hung up twice after me waiting. Then I googled the local office to find out their number after calling Carcentrix again. I called 717-285-7805 and before anyone even answered while I was on hold, it hung up. Why is it so difficult to get through to these numbers? I have to do through entering in patient info which is time consuming, only to be hung up on.
