I had oxygen from Lee back in December 2021 when I had Covid. He is still billing my Medicare Supplement for Oxygen that I do not use or have every since then. If he doesn't get his act together and take care of this on going problem, I will have to hand him over to Medicare for fraud. I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs oxygen.
I want it stopped right now and for Lee to reimburse Medicare for all the months that he fraudulently billed.

Lee is EXTREMELY rude! Was so rude to my step dad before he passed and now trying to get him to pick up his O2 tanks has turned into another hassle. Spoke with Lee last week and tanks were scheduled to be picked up today. No one showed up after my mom waited all day. Called AMD and spoke with Lee this Eve....He was VERY rude....said I always call after hours and should call during business hours! Well Lee, maybe you should have picked up the tanks today and I wouldn’t have to call after hours or maybe you should have some common courtesy and let my mom know you weren’t going to come as scheduled! I have called him twice....not like I call every day! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Lee is extremely extremely rude and arrogant!!!!!
