By far the worst expereicne with any company I have ever come across. I literally was told to f*** off by the mamager Vince when I questioned how it could be that his staff told the insurance company the wrong account number for 10 months and never looked into it. Its a wheelchair, pretty important. I have never come across such horrible service. Not to mention this back alley type of company. Stay as far away as possible. I refer many patients, not one will ever be directed there. I cant wait for them to go under.

This company provided a tremendous DISERVICE to my invalid mother. We were steared to this company by Magee Rehab. After 3 months of waiting for the wheelchair that was prescribed for this patient with Multiple Sclerosis, I called ABET and learned that Medicare had denied the request 2 months prior to this last phone call. Medicare does not inform the patient when this happens and ABET did not bother to inform us, despite several phone calls that I made over the course of the 3 months.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Terrible terrible terrible company, they are so slow with their service you are better off buying any medical equipment with you're own money rather than wait. any small medical need you request please expect 5 to 7 months to get to you're door step, and not to mention the terrible service the person does installing the equipment. PLEASE DO NOT deal with this company/preschool. EVER! p.s Call you're insurance company for other companies that deal with medical equipments.
