I went to a CPAP class on October 30 given byJennifer Oser . She was very friendly and helpfull when she did her presentation . She answered all my Questions and showed me all the different equipment options . I would definately recommend her to anyone that was interested in getting a CPAP

I received a new cpap unit and needed to take an operations class given by Brandi Brazeau. She was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions. I enjoyed my first night's sleep with my new unit.

I was connected with Jenny Dunning on the phone. Due to my many questions and hesitancy on choosing the correct mask, she then gave me
the option of coming in to try them on. I was grateful. Jenny was very warm and delighted to share her information with me. Her informative presentation was very interesting and I felt relaxed.

On 2/9/2021 I visited Norco at their office in Bend Oregon. I was picking up my new cpap machine. Cyndi Willerton, RRT introduced herself, invited me into her office and explained the operation of my new machine. She is a great "explainer". By that I mean, she explained in words that I understood on how to use the machine. She treated me with respect and her knowledge of the machine and how to use it was perfect. She is a great employee and a benefit to Norco Inc.

I was very pleased today with the instructions by Cyndi Willerton, RRT, about using my replacement CPAP machine. She was thorough in showing me the parts and functions of it. She answered all questions in understandable rather than technical language. I appreciated the highlighted sections in the handbook and other paperwork; great for future referencing. I feel ready to set up my machine without problems. Thank you, Cyndi!
