One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
However I waited a whole week waiteing one them too tell me thrre oxygen intake machine was broke. And the office manager acted, like it was no big deal. Plus I got, too anothrr cpap supplier buy there machine and it puts out at least 50% more air . Either they have no clue how too seychelles the may°c hine or the machine is bad. I would not reccomend this company.
