submitted order to be billed by Humana Ins and have received no notice of when to expect delivery. Address is 502 E Wallace Shawnee OK, 74801 Phone is 4055013482. Have not had new supplies in over a year, headpiece is broken and I am getting exceedingly aggravated by your slow customer service. I even sent a photo of the mask I require and received an answer but no supplies. So my review is a less than stellar 4 out of 10

Was very dissatisfied with their service felt like I had to do their job for them They kept saying that they needed records from my doctor and that they would try to get them from them well I had to wind up calling my doctor myself and and having my doctor just email the records over never have I ever Had to go out of my way to get my doctor to do something for me they are Johnny-on-the-spot my doctor is But that took about 2 to 3 weeks to get everything that they needed because they kept saying that they were going to call me back and I only received one call back after me calling them 3 to 4 times I 4 times I was very shocked to get the 1 so finally my machine came in man they did not have everything the thing which was understandable but they told my wife that they would have to order my mask and I would get it In a short time period well here it is 5 to 6 weeks later still no mask I called them today and they said there's notes on here I will email them And you should receive your mask within 5 business days through the mail I'm not holding my breath I will probably have to call them again very dissatisfied with these people I wish there was another place in town that took my insurance would definitely use them instead

My physician referred me to this business. I have never had to purchase medical equipment before and did not know what I was supposed to do. I followed the advice of my physician and went to Oxygen of Oklahoma. The manager there was not in the least friendly...in fact was rude and acted as if I were stupid for not knowing what I was supposed to do. I would not recommend going to this business. Apparently the customer/patient is supposed to know how things work....even though it is not their job. Being supported and informed in a kindly manner would be most appreciated. I felt as if I was doing something wrong by coming into their place of business.
