this provider seems slow at getting supplies to my disabled husband.

I was issued a CPAP from Lincare in Nov 2017 and it malfunctioned so I took it back on 2 Jan 2018 for repair. This is July 2019 and i have never heard from them. In fact they have billed Medicare for the water container from Apr 2018 thru Dec 2018 (9 tanks) those tanks usually are never replaced so why have they billed Medicare without sending the hmdifer tanks and i have never received the items nor did I order them or need them since dont have the CPAP machine. I have noticed Medicare as well as Lincare but apparently Lincare is not interested in customer relations. Do not recommend them nor will I return to Lincare for future medical equipment.

I call and ask the receptionist to ask my representative to call me but they have never called me back. I notified corporate headquarters in Florida and never received a response. Once they issue medical equipment to you and you’re out the door, they are finished with you!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very welcoming. They encouraged me to come by anytime for more supplies. All my questions were answered. The office was easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it. I will not hesitate to go back for more supplies as I need them. I felt intimadated when I walked in since I did not really know what I was needing, but the educated me quite well. I had a very nice experience.
