While I have no way of proving it, I suspect that first 5-star review is fake. If you look them up on Yelp, you'll see what dealing with Lincare is REALLY like. It's a nightmare that never ends. And God help you if you need to contact billing over the phone. At best, you can expect minimum hold times of an hour or more... if you get a live person at all. If you call to have authorization added for a spouse to speak for you, don't expect a one-and-done. It took 4 attempts to have my spouse added to my account before they would finally speak to her. To summarize, every aspect of dealing with this company has been painful and drawn out. I finally made the decision to just return my Bipap machine. Dealing with Lincare was causing me more stress and lost sleep than the sleep apnea!!!
