This lady billed me for 4 pairs of support holes. I only got 2. Anyone knows that that a pair is considered to be 1 total. She said they count each leg separately. When they come in one box together. She’s over charging the customers.

They were able to custom fit my compression stockings and were very kind and supportive. I did have to schedule an appointment. Crystal was super sweet.

I had been getting compression stockings through Sportopedics for years. This past year they took my prescription and said they would submit for insurance approval. I called back twice. The second time they said not to call back because approval was taking 6-9 months. At 10 months I called and she said, "We're not taking your kind of insurance anymore." When I asked why no one called me, she said I'd just have to call my insurance for another provider and start the approval process all over again. Both times they were rude and not helpful.
