I have had business with this business twice. Both horrible. All they care about is money, NOT THE PATIENT! Though the doctored discharged their services the Newark, Ohio office will not give the doctor the correct fax number and continues to bill me though I have been discharged for almost 4 months. I have called, written, and have finally emailed the main office. They respect not the doctor or patient, only try to continue to get money from the patient. They do not bring what I need, only make excuses, or promise what they never do. They charged me while in the hospital and after the doctor had written the discharge and assigned me to another more reliable company. For this Medicare reprimanded them, but it goes on, nothing happens. I would give them a -1 if I could.

Promised a hospital bed delivery and at 9:00 pm they called and said they were locked out of the facility. So now an 87 year old sick little old lady is sleeping on a live seat because she has no bed. Terrible customer service.

I am a customer, a new one and had no idea what was offered, and when I called they acted like it was my fault that I did not know what they had and what I needed to order from their list.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
