STAY AWAY FROM CORNERSTONE! This is the most unorganized company I have ever delt with. You call people there and they NEVER answer your call or call you back in a timely manor(if they even call you back.). Their billing practices are a joke. They will send you to a collection agency before they ever send you a bill. They also outsource things to other shady medical companies. My order has been wrong more ti mes than its been correct. I wish the SummaCare gave me another option besides Cornerstone.

Cornerstone medical supply is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promise you what you want to hear on the phone, then never show up. I had to fight for weeks to get my Doctor approved product from these guys. I have equipment that is broken and unusable and they refuse to fix it or make it right. Beware of this company. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else I suggest you do so. I am stuck with this third rate mess of a company because of insurance reasons. Horrible, Horrible, company. I would give them zero stars if that were an option.

I have constantly had problems with this company. Always sending multiple people out to pick up equipment even though the equipment was mine to keep. Tells me they canceled a pick up but 2 people show up anyway. One in the morning and one in the afternoon, neither of them knew that another personal had been there. Impossible to speak to anyone in respiratory therapy. Testing equipment is faulty. Someone will call me and tell me one thing and another person will call me and tell me something else. No record of first call according to the second caller. Sick of this company. Will be stopping their services soon.
