I have received two orders from Cornerstone for my insulin pump supplies. The initial order I faxed to them with exactly what I needed. When the order came, the supplies weren't even for the right insulin pump. I was assured when I called that the problem was corrected and there would not be any more problems. Yesterday, I received my autoship order, and low and behold, the wrong supplies were shipped again. I can't keep waiting on them to get the order right.

TERRIBLE -- 5 weeks to get a replacement CPAP mask after they mis-fitted the first one. They do not return phone calls. Staff has no clue about anything related to CPAP unless it is already in the user's manual.
Phone representatives will promise to send out replacement items, and you never get them. You have to call and call and call.

Disorganized and patronizing.
