I would give this company zero stars if it was possible. They're about as helpful as a screen door in a submarine or a parachute on a space shuttle! I got my CPAP through them & they were very happy to accept my payments for the machine. However, when my machine was recalled by Phillips, suddenly everything was up to me & Phillips to sort out. After a year & a half, I finally received my replacement machine from Phillips. I called Apria to see if they could assist in getting my new machine set up & was told that I should be able to do it myself by watching videos. Great customer service!! I asked about getting supplies & they were more than happy to sell those. No thanks, I'd rather deal with a real company! Not sure why I'm posting this review because I'm sure they don't care if they get negative reviews, but I felt the need to vent & to warn others to find a different "provider."

Very poor service. After 7 weeks, I am still attempting to receive medical equipment for my 1 year old. Every time I call I am told that the account will have a rush order placed and will be contacted within 2 days. Ridiculous! Thank goodness for family & friends who can lend and help out with equipment that this business has failed to provide my son.

Very poor service. Incompetent management. I am receiving daily calls for payment which was already made through Bank of America:

Payment check # 46911546 was sent to Apria Healthcare Inc on ‎‎11/09/2017 and delivered on 11/14/2017. Funds were withdrawn from ‎your ADV TIERED INTEREST CHKG-0326 account on 11/14/2017.‎

Amount Dollars: 19.22

In case I do not receive a letter of apology for such inconvenient calls, your name Apria will be circulated to all friends as the most hopeless supplier.

I was to look at my CPAP supplies online, they have half of my old address and half of my new address mixed together. There is no place online to update your address. I spent 1/2 hour trying to reach a live person and I was in matric hell, when I finally reach a live person all she wanted to do was place my order. I told her right now I just wanted her to fix my address, well that can only be done if you place an order. I told her that I could not do that until I got my social security check. She did not care if I could not pay right now, all she wanted was an order must be on commission. Calling Ins right now to find a new suppler
