The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. My pulmonologist wrote an order for a portable oxygen concentrator on 1/22/2020. I still haven't received it and they claim it's because of covid19 which didn't affect any businesses until 3/17/2020. It's a lame excuse and their parent company called ROTECH won't even respond to you but they sure want their payments promptly.

phone calls to Vitalcare to pick up equipment, goes unheeded, I will contact Medicare and Secondary Ins, not to pay anymore claims. Was not initially informed that the equipment was a monthly rental. Reviews ib Yelp was mostly negative.
