Matt Woodruff is very unprofessional and arrogant. When i first went to them for my Bipap machine he was very friendly and accommodating. That all changed when the machine broke and needed repair. He claimed he was tired of working with Medicare and planning on stopping working with Medicare all together. When my machine broke he didn't want to send it in for repair because it was now owned by me and repairs go on his account to be reimbursed even though Medicare pays for all repairs and will purchase a new machine if it is unrepairable. Matt didn't want to provide a loaner because he didn't have a used one and wasn't going to use a new one as a loaner even though Medicare pays rental equal to 1/12th of the new purchase price if it has to be shipped out. He wanted to give me a cpap machine instead of a Bipap to use instead even though it is not what was prescribed, which is illegal to do but it is what he had as a loaner. He was upset I didnt buy my supplies from them even though I had told him twice before his system didnt work correctly when i ordered supplies in the past. Instead of fixing the system to make it work correctly they would rather lose a customer. My current supplier is Sleep Central and they call when my supplies are due, handle the order via phone and ship directly to my home; very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company and their affiliates because their customer service is a direct reflection of their personality and attitude.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
