I was under the impression my back brace was covered by insurance with $0 co-pay,When I receive it... it had a slip that indicated the co-pay was $0. A month later I received a bill for $136.15. I called to question it and was very politely told that slip is prepared before they find out what ins. will pay. I was quite upset and stated had I known it had such a charge I would have refused it. Funny I was inquiring about the TENS and had no desire to get the belt. Found out it was not covered and would cost $75 which I opted not to get..so why would I agree to $136.15 for something I was not looking for? I feel scammed.
