I call from Long Island NY to order a ramp for my brother who lives upstate..
I spoke with Lorenzo who was the kindest man ever. Not only did he have one, he delivered it my brothers home after the store closed.
If you live upstate or have relatives up there who need medical supply’s this is the most outstanding customer service for you.

GREAT, The gentleman was very informative and polite, and patient. As I had no idea what a home Nebulizer was. He took the time to help me decide which unit was good for me. And how to use it.

I was so grateful to him, b/c, I really felt much better after I left the store, and now had a working understanding of this new unit I now had to use every day.
I recommend the Medical Store, and I know they will be as helpful to you as he was to me!!!

Compression stockings were very expensive and I did better buying on line. The salesman didn't strike me as being very knowledgable regarding what I needed. Didn't seem to know what a ready wrap was.
