The man who helped me get my CPAP machine was very helpful and thorough, but the staff I spoke to on the phone were rather rude and unhelpful. I realize that due to COVID they don't let anyone into the building, but the staff member who gave me the tube for my machine practically shoved it at me in the parking lot and scurried off without asking if I needed assistance with it. As it stands, I cannot use the machine and need to find another business to get it fixed. Hopefully, they will understand the meaning of respectful customer service. The people at Medifair clearly do not!
A few of the staff are very helpful and friendly, but some are incredibly rude. I asked one about how to make the CPAP mask more comfortable and she offered no help or advice. One even snapped at me on the phone, and I said, "Why are you snapping at me?" She said she wasn't and actually hung up the phone! So I couldn't get any questions about my CPAP machine answered.
