Recieved my first machine. Had difficulty using it and asked for help several times and was told a Respiratory therapist would call me back each time but never recieved a call. I've now filed a complaint with my insurance company and will be returning the machine while disputing any charges. Will be asking my Insurance to find me a new provider for the Dr to send a script to.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES! They have had an authorization for my CPAP since JANUARY, it's now APRIL. In all that time, they kept INSISTING they didn't have it. I even went down to their office to discuss this, and they denied they had it. Now that I have switched providers they REFUSE to unlatch from the authorization, and the insurance company refuses to allow another auth to the new provider until they do! THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM!

I have never seen such attitude towards a customer. I received the wrong item when I went to pick it up, after being asked, "Did they tell you it was ready?" The wrong item was my fault of course because that's the mask I, "last ordered", despite giving the person on the phone the specific part numbers I wanted. After that, I can't get the new mask cushion for my Quatro Mirage because, "We don't stock that here". I'm going to ask Dr. Shah for an alternate source of supplies.

Very poor service. Never get supplies or a person to help you. Takes days to receive a callback. Poor service for medical support supplies

My husband and are both customer of Lourdes Health Support and we have had excellent service., When we have needed supplies, we write them as to what we need and we receive quite quickly. We.have been a customer for over 4 years.

I had health insurance when I started going there but was out of work. They kept selling me packets of equipment at a high cost 80% of which I did not need. I did not find until 3 years of going there that I had a choice to break the items down and only buy what I needed. This after I complained about the bill and cost several times. They ran the bill up, I was having trouble paying, They sent things to collection because I wasn't paying enough. They make me pay cash up front for what I buy from them or they won't sell me anything. They use the insurance that is paid to them to apply it to my bill. Mt bill is under $300.00 and was accumulated over a 3 year period. As a result I have to make my 30 day filters and hoses last 6 months or longer and I have to tie things to my head gear to make it work. I am glad these things only keep me alive so they are not important or at least not as important as 300.00 to these bloodsuckers. I keep waiting to get sick get a lung infection or something. I have had equipment failure that has not been resolved. My machine takes 15-30 minutes to turn on and sometimes doesn't turn on before I fall asleep. I would go somewhere else but this is where my doctor wants me to go and I need a prescription to go any place else. Terrible organization. They shouted across the room about me owing money and having to pay on the bill before I could get my order filled, in front of other customers. Of course it had to be a young women who did this so I could not deal with it how I would have liked to. I don't ask much just treat people with a little respect like they are living. Some people don't get it. DON'T GO THERE!
