staff always seems to be helpful and friendly on the phone but, it can take months before any results actually occur. I have found it best NOT to rely on them to get paperwork sent over to my doctor for signatures or for insurance purposes. It's best to call your doctor YOURSELF after calling Lincare, then calling again after the paperwork should be there to keep them in motion... it's the only way i found to get the supplies you need.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I called from out of town about a problem my mother-in-law had at her assisted living center with her hospital bed. They immediately drove over there and fixed the problem. I would recommend this center to anyone.
