I have asked that the equipment be removed for 2 months and they still haven't, therefore I will refuse to pay any more of the rental fees.! I would have given a 1/2 star but they did bring the equipment quickly.

Hi,
I just wanted to say, that I was treated by all those at Lincare with care, concern and politeness. Alaine Degner RRT, made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions on the phone and in person, slowly and simpleness so this Old lady could grabbed hold of what she was telling me. Thank You Alaine!
Pat the driver, came to my house and spent amble time explaining how and what was necessary for us to know about the oxygen at night and its hook up. Thank You Pat !
I appreciate all the kindness and concern from all those at Lincare. Thank you Thank You Thank You.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Yes
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
