First time dealing with this company. Not a very good experience. I have been trying to get a rollator walker with them through Medicare and all I’ve gotten is the run around. I called about two weeks ago. I was told what I needed from my Doctor. I sent my doctor the information they needed to send to Home Health. My Doctor has sent them information they requested - 2 Times and they say it’s not correct so my doctors office has called them and left 2 messages (because they don’t answer the phone) to find out what they actually need and they still have yet to call. I need this rollator walker but I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere. Not a good feeling about this place.

I have worked with Home Health Pavilion for over 10 years when I was the soul care provider for my mom in my home. They were professional courteous and amazingly compassionate as I struggled through taking care of her while she was bed bound and recovering from a stroke with Parkinson's. Every single thing that I needed requested was taken care of for 10 years straight without hesitation and the utmost respect for myself and my mother Home Health Pavilion sets the standards for other Medical Supply places I recommend them to everyone.

I am giving one star because it won't let me give less. They couldn't have been less interested in servicing a device under warranty. Tried to get me to pay cash because "it would be faster." When I got the device back, it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. Completely incompetent. Don't go here. For anything. Ever.
