I have been renting a Symphony Breast Pump for many months from Bennett. Received a call yesterday telling me they would be coming by in under 24 hours to pick it up for service. Was given an old Lactina model instead which doesn't have all of the same features of the Symphony. Just called to see how long it would be serviced for, was told it will be a while, long over a week. I asked if they could get me a Symphony elsewhere, nope! Now I have to go looking for one! I'm furious! I deserved a warning that an older, inferior model would be replacing the one I have a contract on!!!!
Go elsewhere for better service, I will!

terrible service and rude staff. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
