I agree the billing dept.is horrible.Nobody answers the phone,you have to leave a message.They called me back 2 out of 3 times,only to leave a message because I can't take calls at work.The person leaves their direct#,but you again only can leave a message.They also sent a bill for 8 months ago,the previous calendar year,and then want their money yesterday.I don't remember exactly what I owe them for!

I already wrote a review that did not show up anywhere. So this will be shorter.

This company had a terrible, rude, dismissive billing department that seems to feel it is effective communication to scream and intimidate their customers instead of clarifying questions. They are derogatory in their terminology and tone and blatantly disrespectful. I assume many of their customers are elderly perhaps this works some of the time...but not on this old gal. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
