Wish I could put 0 stars for their rating. Never a return call. Missing items in reoplacement shipment. Totally worthless cutomer service. You are better off going to another durable medical equipment supplier. This company has no busines acumen. I filed a complaint with Medicare for fraud (they bill Medicare without sending equipment) and to get them off the Medicare certified business list as a provider.

Earlier this year this company physically forgot to send me my quarterly supplies. The difficult part is that there is no contact information from any previous order. I had to make an appointment with my Doctor to get a phone number to start calling them. After several wrong department or office agents, I finally found the right department but they had a hard time finding my account, even after sending me supplies for several years. After a few minutes the person discovered their mistake and promised I would receive my supplies shortly. Unfortunately I had to buy supplies for the time period they missed; but they didn't care nor did they offer to cover my cost. I did receive my supplies in about one week. Since then my account has returned back on track.

The reason for the 1 star is because their customer service is lacking "customer service". My spouse has since started to use medical equipment supplied by them and her first replacement order arrived on time but was the wrong size and therefore useless to her. Several calls were made during the week and on the weekend as well as emails. Not one was answered.

TERRIBLE COMPANY - Had to get a c-pap machine - Person comes to my house (I thought that wa a nice touch) they had only one mask available for me - in one size....It ididnt fit well....didnt work - asked for and x-large , they had to order, went to the warehouse, no extra large, tried every mask they had - the one that fit was a nose mask - I am mouth breather - knew it wouldnt work - she gave me a chin strap - said "thats the best we can do - give it a try" I did and it didnt work - called the next day and they STILL wont get me an Xlarge mask - and want me to $$$ - refused my bill - they are coming to get the machine tomorrow - DONE - RUDE, Uncaring, people

Was not reasonable in discussing rescinding or writing-off additional payments for wheelchair requested by physical therapist within an assisted living facility, unknown to resident and his family. After telephone calls to customer service to understand initial bill, no mention that item is “rented” for thirteen months. Ocean Home Health took advantage of Medicare system in receiving over $500 from Medicare, secondary insurance and person who did not have knowledge of order for item that could be purchased at $150 to $200. Most providers would simple accept insurance payments, but Ocean Home Health is greedy.

customer service is nonexistant. we have to use them,as they are the provider for medicare.
they charge to come out to fix the power chair. $75 a shot,cash only.
for a person on SSI,this is a lot of money.
the so called physical therapist ordered a chair not meant to be used by someone in a group home. but OHH wanted the money,so they ordered the most expensive power chair they had.
my son's chair is a mess. it doesnt even have handles to move it if it is on manual!
I am so angry that they have all the rights. I cannot go anywhere else. they have us held hostage,and i am sure I am not the only one.
the law needs to go back to fining someone close to your home ,who knows your area,close enough to come later in the day.someone who knows if they screw up,they will be replaced.
at OHH the customer isnt always right,and they dont give a flying fig if you are!

Sloppy company.. People there seem confused and unqualified. Their O2 delivery system is downright dangerous and they provide outdated equipment... Emergency tanks that have not been properly prefilled are provided. The staff seem unavailable with no backup support.. "Call 911" is not an acceptable policy. I can see why they have poor reviews. I'm a nurse and know the ropes. I fear for folks that are counting on decent service. Shame on Ocean Health! R. Blaschek RN

I have called here twice asking for a late afternoon delivery to NO avail!! They call to confirm late morning. When I call to ask to reschedule since patient is still in rehab and refuse to give them MY info as I am not the patient, or ask to speak to a supervisor, they hang up on me or keep my on hold for over 14 minutes! So, now they can deliver all they want I am not calling them to reschedule. My answering machine picks up when I am not home so I cannot push # anything to tell them their time scheduled is NOT what I asked for. This place should be put out of business! RUDE IDIOTS handling customer service!
