Never called back, I left so many messages than called back and hung up on me. They provided medical supplies and I asked if there would be a cost to me before accepting they said no but continue to bill me. I have Medicare and Medicaid so there should be zero out of pocket.

I rented an oxygen machine and a pair of portable oxygen tanks. I returned them on September 13th. I made a grave mistake of making two additional payments, one in February and one in April both in 2022. I called in August and they told me that they would check with their warehouse. They did this and the warehouse manager confirmed that it was returned. I called on September 15th to find out the status and was eventually able to convince the customer service agent that I am indeed owed a refund. I was told to expect it in 3-5 business days. Never came. So I called them back on September 22nd. They try telling me that it's on record that I returned equipment in August 2022, thus making those payments valid and thus not owed a refund. They suck. I don't know what to do. I can't afford an attorney. But I don't want to give them the win.

AVOID! I'd give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible. My 88 yo father is ready to leave a rehab facility so they called Ocean Home Health to order a wheelchair and a commode to be delivered to his home where my 82 yo mother would be waiting. The delivery date was June 11, 2022. While my mother was waiting she went to check the mail & found a wheelchair sitting on the porch (they can't ring the bell?). No commode & the wheelchair was missing the leg rests (something that my mother could have pointed out if they made contact). So we tell the rehab facility & they call. OHH says the commode was delivered (it wasn't), so they take my # and call me to figure it out. First she says it was delivered. I say it wasn't. Then she says they were out of stock but they have some in the warehouse now. So the order was placed again with delivery scheduled for June 14th. They also said I'd get a call with an ETA that day. No call. But they did show up with the leg rests. No commode. The delivery guy told my mother that would be delivered June 15th. She sat home all day. Nothing. So I called. They tell me it was delivered. I say it wasn't. So again, reorder and it will be delivered on June 16th. This is when I started yelling. She interrupts me and says she "just got a new communication from the warehouse & they are out of stock".So...if I had just hung up my mother would have been waiting for nothing AGAIN on June 16. As is stands now they can't give me a delivery date. They are INCOMPETENT and they LIE. You've got one job OHH! WTF!

I was prescribed to get a portable oxygen concentrator, ala Inogen, but was not told by this company that they had none in stock and had NO IDEA when one might become available - which I only learned when I called to inquire about the delivery of such a machine. I was advised to keep calling until I got a different answer!! REALLY??!! The representatives were completely dismissive of me and seemed delighted in their ignorance of my need. I can only surmise they are healthy enough to breathe without assistance and carry no regard for those of us who do. Bad business to provide such disservice under the banner of home healthcare.

Promised to pick up rented wheelchair twice and missed the mark. Never called or texted, very unhappy with how they intended to handle this. Now had to schedule for a third day.

company missed / false information with the price , they said they check with my insurance I only owe $ 70 1st month and following month less than $10 . because I ask on the phone couple of times before equipment arrived and I ask again the day equipment arrived .
plus they send wrong masks I had to send them back. finally they send correct week later.

top all I got the bill for $381.47. because they did not check with the insurance before. if I knew this I could of research to see my option. before I go with this company.
