The company has given me 3 conflicting explanations of how often I have to use my BIPAP to satisfy the insurance company. One of the healthcare coordinators (Justine) has done an A+ job but is understandably hard to get hold of since she's on the road all the time. The other was so bad in my experience with her (ca. 2014) that I doubt there's space to list all the things she did wrong. I consider her a key reason why my sleep apnea went untreated for years .I'd recommend this company only if you have no other option. NOTE: My treatment is ongoing so I reserve the right to update my review and rating if/when appropriate. . . .

Poor customer service.
The office staff get angry, when YOU can't be available, at their convenience.
My husband has had an ill-functioning portable device, for 5 days. They want US to bring the device to their office. (?). We were told to use our LARGE GREEN TANK, for oxygen transportation, in the interim.
Unrealistic. Especially for those that are in poor health, or elderly.
