What a pleasant experience talking on the phone with them. They showed honest concern for helping me. I am going on Medicare from traditional insurance and there is a lot to do and they helped me with all of my questions.

This place needs a training class in customer service. They are rude and disrespectful to you. They make mistakes and don't seem to help you when needed. And it is a matter of life or death in the medical field, there is no room for what goes on in this facility Please look closely before you make the decision to go with Health Care Solutions.
