I needed to get a wide calf air walking boot and a rolling walker. The " down the street " company even upset my insurance company with their attitude....they did not carry and could not get a wide calf walking boot !!!. One call to Acclaimed Healthcare I was back on my feet in a week. The customer service was top notch, and delivery was within the time frame promised. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Horrible service. I called in a routine order. Over a week later it had not been delivered. When I called to check the status I was told no order existed. I was placed on hold for a total of an hour and when I finally was spoken to the customer service rep acted like she had no clue I was on hold or had ever spoken to me.

Worst company ever. The owner only cares about one thing, $$$. Treats his employees like worthless slaves and treats his clients like an inconvenience. I am truly shocked it hasnt been shut down.

This company is a JOKE!! The owner Ray Stahl didn't care about what I was explaining to him about my moms needs. He just kept trying to sell me other things and take my money. Then, after he rushed out of the lobby, since I wasnt buying anything else from that rip off, I hear him yelling at his employees like a maniac, stomping his feet like a child. Meanwhile, his employees are the only ones who helped me and cared. I feel bad for those girls. I would NEVER go back to that company.

this company hires non licensed professionals eg. respiratory therapist.
consequently, much of the service and type treatment is just wrong.....

One thing that's been so annoying about ACCLAIMED HEALTHCARE INC, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
