several yrs. ago would keep good records of when you needed new supplies. now, you have to fight to get anyone to help you and always a reason why you need to wait for new mask, tubing, or whatever. even moved to different location and did not notify all customers. new phone number not listed on old one with message. I know this because all this happened to me. now trying to get them again and old location listed along with old number.

I give one star only because zero is not an option. I have had nothing but billing nightmares from this company for the past year. Even my insurance company representative told me the company cost me two copays (600.00 each) because they did not submit information correctly. I have been billed several times for the same equipment and no matter how many times I send them money, the charges continue to appear on the next bill along with interest charges. I have had to resort to contacting an attorney. Trust me, this company will cost you more in time and frustration than the equipment is worth!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
