Do not use this company if you have insurance. They repeatedly billed my insurance 3x the amount they charge a a person without insurance. My insurance didn't cover the item and I'm left owing $55 when someone without insurance they would've charged $16 for the same item.

If something cost $16 it costs $16, not $55 for select patients.
