This company (Lincare) is terrible. The people working there are complete a-holes who do nothing to help. In fact, more Lincare employee time was spent thwarting me rather than trying to help me. If you get a referral for MDE for this company, save yourself a lot of aggravation and instead ask for a referral to Aerocare (First Choice) in Chesapeake, VA instead. Lincare=A-holes.....plain and simple!
