I gave a 1 star because I could not make it zero. I hope you do not have any equipment issues. This is our second time and another runaround . I would not recommend this company for anyone!
I had to give 1 star to get this to work. Very unhappy with the customer service with this company. On hold for up to an hour to order oxygen and supplies. Very rude when ordering and they do not call you back with any answers to questions.
This company has been sending me CPAP supplies, I just received a bill from them for $1,634.24 that dates back four years worth of supplies, in the bill the math doesn't add up, not only that I priced the exact same equipment online was much cheaper and found out they were inflating prices, for instance a full face cushion mask is $104.00 they charged $512.00 then billed my insurance $135.35 and billed me $135.35. crooks
Employees at this office need a crash course in customer care. Telephone calls are never returned, everyone I've dealt with for the past 4 years is rude and treats customers as an inconvenience. The facility in Florida where supplies are shipped from is even worse. I'll be changing suppliers very soon and letting everyone I can to avoid Linn Care.
The person who was helping us was very unprofessional and almost refused to go get a larger chair. Just finished getting the run around when asking questions about how much our bill will when we return the chair on a certain date. They could find no information but I had to give my credit card number in order to get the chair for a Medicare recipient.
