I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
