Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Owner lied, first said employee would call me if any parts were left in machine I returned, then said they would throw out any parts left in machine. Avoid this place, greedy and unhelpful. Only interested in making profit.
