I can't get anyone to return my calls. I am disabled and need my chair repaired so I can go out into the world but can't get anyone here to come service my chair so I am suck in the house. I have called several times a week for over two months and I get no reply - bought my chair from them looks like they would repair it when it breaks down.

They are very deceptive in many ways, they delivered chair didn't explain how to use. Needed service because of faulty equipment, called and the lady at office said she would take care of it! Four weeks later called again and they said an insurance issue. Several months later chair not working and still waiting on someone to come fix it! Had to get BBB involved waiting on response. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Their staff was not always that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
