filed insurance claim with the wrong company ; then charged the credit card we gave for payment of the estimated post insurance portion of medical supplies for the total cost of the shipment ; more than $1500. No notice of this was given , our review of the statement was our only notice. When we contacted customer service they told us what happened. They said they had filed a claim with our actual insurance provider. We had to ask for a refund !! We were told a credit would be processed , it wasn't. Next were told our refund was blocked by superiors". It took more than 90 days to get our money back. Pitiful.
