The whole process in dealing with this company was horrible. In getting the equipment I needed, I had trouble getting clear answers on costs and what exactly I needed. I was also lied time and time again. First when I was told exactly what this would cost me out of pocket, then again when contacting the office after receiving a bill much more than what I was told. Then again, I was given assurances it was taken care of. Specifically, I was told they were under new management as of 2015 and they acknowledged previous billing procedures and upfront explanations had been lacking. Nonetheless, I received a letter from a collection agency after no other notifications and despite assurances from staff. Prepare to be manipulated and lied to if you go here and don't be surprised when you receive a huge bill later that is nothing like what they told you it would be.

These people are seriously inept. Their billing department is chock full of idiots. They were cashing my checks and not crediting the payment to my account and then accusing me of not paying. I felt like they were treating me like some kind of deadbeat. The excuse I got from the person in the billing department was, "I just work here!" Oh my God, nothing sets me off quicker than this type of slacker foisting their poor attitude and work ethic on everyone else. Do not go here if you can go somewhere else.

I have major complaints with the way this company does their billing. Did not recieve a single bill the entire year 2011 despite several requests for one. Office manager does not return phone calls. I gave my Visa number to the Office manager back in March to start the payment plan and it took over 4 months to get the 1 payment charged. In the meantime I am getting rude letters from Credit agencies because of them and I have a perfect credit score.
