They need to get their act together. Google it. Results show locations that don't exist and phone numbers no one answers. I have to drive 40 or more miles to go there. You call one that does exist, and they are too busy, filled up, come back tomorrow. Yet, I can't go to a different supplier only 10 miles away. What a great plan.

I work in a skilled nursing home and we have to use this company often. Anytime I call I am transferred to someone else, they answer and tell me oh you need so and so, so I'm transferred again! When I fianlly get someone they are rude! Even my customer service rep! Anyone I have ever spoken with has an attitude, I feel like I'm bothering them when it's their job to help me! I wish we used a different company so I didn't have to deal with them!
